CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Customer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services requested through Clean Guard, an Urban City Group company. By placing a booking, making a payment, or using Clean Guard’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Clean Guard provides on-demand cleaning and security services for residential, commercial, and event-based needs. All services are once-off or short-term bookings only.
Clean Guard facilitates the delivery of:
Services are limited to what is confirmed at the time of booking.
Clean Guard is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate or withheld information.
Clean Guard works with vetted Service Providers but does not guarantee perfect results. Cleaning is subjective and security services are preventative in nature.
Clients may submit complaints with evidence (photos, videos, or written details) to: admin@urbancleanguard.co.za
Clean Guard’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Clean Guard is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Clean Guard may refuse or terminate services due to non-payment, safety concerns, or illegal activity.
Client information is handled in accordance with South African data protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
